They are back! One of the most popular rhythm & blues and jump blues acts from the Netherlands.

The name has changed, Mrs. R&B and the Soulshakers becomes Lucy & The Heartbreakers. With a new lineup, the band presents the right sound for every dance ball.

If you liked the music of 'Sharon Jones' and her Daptone Kings, you will love the sound of Lucy & The Heartbreakers.

Dance to rhythm and blues classics like Roys Brown's "Cadillac Baby" and Etta James' "Good Rocking Daddy" or the Powder Blues Band's 80's hit "Boppin the Blues". Louis Jordan and Louis Prima are also not to be missed in the line-up of the greats.

Quick lively Rhythm 'n' Blues, fast Jump Blues and Jive in the tradition of the great shouters of the 40's and 50's are presented here with a lot of fire and elegant light-footedness which makes this band a real experience. The recipe for their music is still the same: to revive the old rhythm 'n' blues and jump 'n jive and pass it on to a new generation.

A musical highlight for young and old! The band's namesake, Lucie Kruijsse, has been known on Dutch, Belgian and German stages for decades and knows how to thrill the audience.

Songs that were originally played without horns or only with a blues harp now feature stunning horn arrangements, with which Lucy & The Heartbreakers give the songs their very own touch. Lucy & The Heartbreakers is one of the few groups still playing this style of music with a large lineup, keeping the days of the rhythm & blues sound alive.
