Blues is more than narrating painful stories about hard work, the nasty boss, the unfaithful wife or unpaid bills, and presenting with a face that is as tight as possible.

The old-school rhythm & blues tell stories about the more pleasant aspects of life, such as:

PARTY to celebrate, to have money on the bag, to have fun DANCING with the loved ones, to come out of depression and much more! - Is it just about the topics, there is still a pinch of blackest humor here.
EXACTLY THAT MERITS THE MUSIC AND PERFORMANCE OF THE LOHMANN R & B CHAPEL:

Danceable rhythm & blues as it was played from the 40s to the early 60s in the jukeboxes and whispering pubs' jukeboxes.

Listeners can look forward to a top-class R & B concert, full of hot classic and current rhythm & blues numbers like Louis Jordan's "Caldonia", Igor Prado's "At the Party" or Jay McShann's Jumpin 'the Blues.

Also the closer and further blues relationship comes to its right: Swing, Rock & Roll, Soul, Ska up to the Surfmusic - everything there if only it makes mood!

The whole thing is performed by the eight-piece band in the classic R & B cast: Vocals, drums, guitar, piano and a loud brass section, just like back then!
